1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products we sell, all virtual gift card purchases are final. Once a gift card has been delivered to the email address provided during purchase, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and the payment is processed, it is final and cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the checkout process to ensure that all details, including the recipient’s email address, card type, and amount, are correct.

3. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Once your gift card has been delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure its safekeeping. GiftTrade.store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards once they have been delivered. In the event of any fraudulent activity or suspected unauthorized use of your gift card, please contact our support team immediately at info@gifttrade.

4. Gift Card Issues

If you experience any issues with a gift card, such as an error in the amount or trouble redeeming the card, please reach out to our support team. We will work with the card issuer to resolve the issue promptly. In certain circumstances, we may issue a replacement card, but this is subject to the card issuer’s policies.

5. Damaged or Defective Cards

If you receive a damaged or defective virtual gift card (e.g., if the card code is unreadable), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may ask for proof of the issue and will work to resolve the matter. In some cases, a replacement gift card will be issued at our discretion.

6. Refunds Due to Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that prevents the delivery of your gift card or results in an incorrect charge, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if warranted, issue a refund or replacement card.
