EULA

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and Senate Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for the use of our virtual gift card products and related services on GiftTrade.store. By purchasing, downloading, or using the virtual gift cards and related content from GiftTrade.store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you must not use or purchase products from GiftTrade.store.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Senate Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the virtual gift cards purchased through GiftTrade.store for personal or commercial use, depending on the gift card’s terms. This license is revocable at any time and is contingent upon your adherence to this agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Sell, distribute, or otherwise commercialize the virtual gift cards or their content, except as expressly permitted by the terms of the specific gift card.
• Modify, alter, reverse engineer, or decompile any content associated with the gift cards, including the digital codes.
• Use the gift cards in a way that violates any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
• Transfer or assign the gift cards to another party without our prior written consent.

3. Ownership

You acknowledge that Senate Solutions LLC and its licensors retain all ownership, rights, and interest in the virtual gift cards and any related intellectual property. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA.

4. Delivery and Activation

Upon purchase, GiftTrade.store will deliver the virtual gift card(s) to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the correct email address is entered and for safeguarding the gift card codes. The gift card may be subject to activation procedures and terms of use defined by the third-party issuer of the card.

5. License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the virtual gift card(s) immediately upon notice if we determine that you have violated any of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the gift card(s) and destroy any copies of the gift cards.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The virtual gift cards and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Senate Solutions LLC does not offer any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senate Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the virtual gift cards, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific gift card(s) purchased.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Senate Solutions LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the virtual gift cards or any breach of this EULA.

9. Changes to the EULA

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with an updated “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
